BUILDING YOUR PRESCRIPTION
We identify the habits and daily practices that will get you to your goals, establishing a strategy and timeline so that you can track your progress in real time.

WEEK SEVEN
DOCUMENTING YOUR HABITS
We go through the documentation of your last couple of weeks of habits, looking at what has worked, the benefits you’ve felt, what changes you need to make and how to continue to be consistent.

VISUALISATION
We dig deep into the why's and wherefores of visualisation and put a practice in place for you to visualise daily so that your actions start to align with your goals

MINDSET MAKEOVER
Packed full with tips, tricks and practices to shift you into a positive mindset that feels authentic and achievable for you to help you stay on track.

MEETING THE FUTURE YOU
Who does the future version of yourself require you to be right now? We look at the qualities, characteristics and attributes you need to develop as you continue to work your habits and move towards your goal.

WEEK EIGHT
PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE
We go through the lessons you’ve learned over your 8 weeks and make a plan for how you continue to move forward from here so you have all the tools and support in place to slay your goal.
