Hi, I’m Bangs!
I’m a British chick now based in Canada who has a passion for helping women elevate their lives through consistency.
We were not put here to be mediocre, baby!
I’ve uplifted women with talks and workshops for the likes of Selfridges, Jimmy Choo, ASOS, Women of the World festival and ELLE and Cosmopolitan magazines. I’ve given plenty of food for thought with work published in The New York Times, The Guardian, Buzzfeed, The Evening Standard and as the former Fitness Editor at ELLE UK.
As a TOP RATED spin instructor for the last 10 years, I’ve guided thousands of people, both in the UK and Canada, to find the greatest version of themselves through movement. My rides have been described as ‘therapy’, ‘a spiritual experience’ and ‘a rave on a bike.’
My book, The Pocket Cheerleader, will get you weaving movement into your life in a way that makes you love it, and as a public speaker, I’ll motivate you to get off your ass and chase after the life you want, because this isn’t a rehearsal and you should really stop treating it like one.
I’m a coach who will preach the benefits of consistency til the cows come home. I’ve run marathons, cycled up mountains, moved countries and built my career from the ground up.
The key to you leveling up any area of your life lies in your commitment to staying consistent in your habits and rituals.
That’s what I’m here for; to guide you, hold you accountable, cheer for you, get you back on track and show you just what you’re capable of when you stop quitting on yourself.
