This is the program for you! This is a 30 day program to kickstart you into some good habits, while having the accountability and support to get you over the finish line of your goals.

ACCOUNTABILITY BUDDY

Get unstuck, reframe your relationship with consistency and build a solid road to achievement and success

WEEK ONE

We have a call where we discuss your goal and why you have previously struggled with staying consistent. We set a target for what you’d like to achieve by the end of the four weeks and together, come up with a plan of daily actions and habits that will move you towards that.

WEEK THREE

You will continue your daily actions and habits and will be sent tasks, exercises and motivation from me throughout. You will be required to fill in a log at the end of the week with a breakdown of how often you did your tasks, explaining what happened if you weren’t able to and charting how you felt throughout the week.

WEEK TWO

You will be doing your daily actions and habits and will be sent tasks, exercises and motivation from me throughout. You will be required to fill in a log at the end of the week with a breakdown of how often you did your tasks, explaining what happened if you weren’t able to and charting how you felt throughout the week.

WEEK FOUR

Our final week, we have another call and analyse the progress you’ve made from week one to now and put a plan in place to ensure your continued success and consistency.
